The proposed solution to HB901 will be to eliminate the penny from the U.S currency. There is more harm in continuing to mint the penny with money and time. The only thing that stops people from eliminating the penny is because they believe that the penny is a part of history.Well so was the half-cent which was eliminated in 1858 with no problems to society.

I believe that this solution will work because it will save money and time and if history is an issue to people. then you need to understand that history is history. What I am saying is that the penny won't be forgotten and you wish to keep it in circulation then I hope that society love's their history on the floor because it has been there in the past and always will be.
